PROJECT 365: FINISHED

365 posts for the whole year! HOLY SQUID! Everything I wanna say about this is clogging my brain. I just… Thanks to everyone who stuck around! Even if you scrolled pass my posts on your dashboard. I’m glad to have also inspired some people to start their own project 365 along the way!

This blog will become an ordinary art and personal blog after this. I won’t count down anymore ‘cos that was pretty useless. Posts will probably be less frequent too BUT the quality will focus on consistency more. This blog will still be the first place I’ll ever share any project I’m working on :D

Happy New Year to all of you! 2011 opened a lot of chapters for my life. Just hope it’ll keep getting better 2012 and beyond.

day 363: the only proper painting I could make before leaving Boracay

day 362: Plague Freaks: Swimsuit Edition trolololo

I had enough rest to have some fun at Boracay. We rode a banana boat and I drove a jetski for the first time. The white sands and clear water are beautiful.

day 361: History should have lectured me about my bad experience with food left overnight. Pizza from lunch the other day ruined my travel to Boracay. First thing I did when I got on the plane: puke before the engines started the 1 hour flight. First thing I did when I got off: puke again.

The plane trip was only the second leg of the travel. There was a bus to the docks for an hour and a half. I could only stomach half a donut for lunch. I was mostly weak for the next ferry ride (I have never gotten seasick) and shuttle. The rest of the day was dedicated to sleep.

Good thing my family was travelling with a doctor (my mom), a licensed nurse (my aunt) and a med student with a nursing license (my brother). The art graduate happens to be their patient.

day 360: 5 days to go until I finish this project 365! I’ll be at Boracay beach for the next few days. I might not make any better art so I’m doing this 2011 art summary meme nao.

This doesn’t summarize how awesome my year was though. That would be a long list and I better start writing that now.

They left for the US 6 years ago and it felt like a big part of my childhood went away. It means a lot to me that my cousins and 3 of my aunts are here this Christmas. Big family reunion going on this Christmas Eve.

He didn’t mind me drawing this quick but I ended up developing a new painted look XD

day 353: dunno if it’s noticeable but I had my hair dyed a light auburn.

When I had played Fallout 3 afterwards, I killed all the ghouls bothering Tenpenny Tower. Then ALL the Tenpenny residents rejoiced by going back to focusing on things like what color should they dye their hair. Fabulous.

Anyway, enjoy/repulse at my face.
